LUXURY DINNER CHRISTMAS EVE IN BUENOS AIRES

ITINERARY:
- Pick up: Only Palermo and Downtown Buenos Aires zones between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
- Dinner: 08:00 PM. 
- Show time: 10:00 PM.
- Toast: 12:00 AM. / Sweet table, Petit fours and Italian Panettone. / Special Celebration and Dance Party.
- Drop off: From 12:30 AM every 15 minutes. Only Palermo and Downtown Buenos Aires zone after show.

GOURMET DINNER:

Starters
- “The old town style” Filet Mignon Beef Carpaccio.
- Marinated in olive oil and balsamic, parmesano cheese,black pepper and special chef´s dressing.
- Capresse Salad with Prusciutto: Fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella bocconcini, green olives, ground Neuquén pepper, basil coulis and prosciutto.
- Caesar Salad: With Chicken, variety of lettuces, croutons and parmesan cheese.
- Ours Argentinian Pasties ¨Empanadas¨: Hand cut meat, Spicy hand cut meat, Blue and mozzarella cheese, Caramelized onion or mozzarella cheese.
- Classic Patagonian cream soup of the day With croutons and cheese

Main Course
- Grilled baby beef.(350grs). Classic argentine cut with potato sticks and comfit tomato with green leaves.
- Slowly cooked Baby Beef.  With demi glace sauce, smashed potatoes and a side.
- Breaded tenderloin. Served with concasse tomatoes and gratined cheese with a side of provenzal champignon.
- Fish Selection. Served in its own juices and with sauteed spinach with garlic.
- Pork Bondiola. Boneless pork shopulder marinated in herbs, spices and homemade BBQ sauce, served with caramelized onions and glazed sweet potatoes.
- Pasta: Stuffed with Mozzarella and ham / Ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta / Homemade Tagliatelle / Gnocchi soufle.

Dessert
- Homemade custard. Vanilla custard served with Dulce de Leche (Argentine milk caramel) and Whipped cream.
- “Perito Moreno” Ice Cream Sundae. Americana ice-cream (white cream and vanilla), gratinated meringue and southern red berry.
- Mendocin pears. Boiled in Malbec red wine with vanilla ice cream.
- Semifreddo of Sabayon. With sabayon cream, served with almond praline, sliced strawberries and chocolate sauce.
- Warm Pancake with Caramel spread (dulce de leche).

Beverage:
Argentine premium wines and champagne, water, soda and coffe.

SHOW:
The tango and gaucho spectacle lasts around an hour and a half and involves 19 talented artists onstage, including a live orchestra, singers and traditional, renowned dancers. You’ll also see a gaucho show with a charango player and a demonstration of their age-old skills with boleadoras.
