TANGO AND FOLKLORE SHOW ▼
A luxury Tango and Folklore Show. Typical Orchestra formed by a quintet (piano, accordion, two violins and bass) accompanied by two tango singers, four couples dancing a show charanguista and bols. Gala Tango gives you the opportunity besides request before dinner, a tango lesson or a wine tasting. Remember book your place before.

Entress:
- “The old town style” Filet Mignon Beef Carpaccio: Marinated in olive oil and balsamic, parmesano cheese, black pepper and special chef´s dressing.
- Capresse Salad with Prusciutto: Fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella bocconcini, green olives, ground Neuquén pepper, basil coulis and prosciutto.
- Caesar Salad: With Chicken, variety of lettuces, croutons and parmesan cheese.
- Ours Argentinian Pasties ¨Empanadas¨ :Hand cutted meat / Spicy hand cutted meat / Blue and mozzarella cheese / Caramelized onion and mozzarella cheese.
- Typical soup of our Patagonia: Soup of the day with local and seasonal products plus crusty bread and Parmesan cheese.
Main dish:
- Traditional Sirloin Steak (400grs): Classic argentine cut with chimichurri sauce.
- Skirt Steak - Breaded Tenderloin - Milanesse: Topped with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
- Boneless Pork Shoulder (Cooked 24 hours): With Patagonian black beer sauce.
- Sides: Baked potatoes / Sauteed vegetables / Mashed potatoes / Mashed sweet potatoes / Mashed pumpkin or American Salad.
- Grilled Hake: With mashed potatoes, spinach olive oil and capers.
- Pasta: Gnocchi Soufle au Gratin / Mozzarella and Ham Sorrentinos / Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli / Homemade Tagliatelle.
Sauces: Tomato / Cream / Scarparo / Pesto / Bolognese / Aglio e oleo.
Desserts:
- Homemade custard: Vanilla custard served with Dulce de Leche (Argentine milk caramel) and Whipped cream.
- “Perito Moreno” Ice Cream Sundae: Crema Americana ice-cream (white cream and vanilla), gratinated meringue and southern red berry.
- Mendocin pears: Boiled in Malbec red wine with vanilla ice cream.
- Semifreddo of Sabayon: With sabayon cream, served with almond praline, sliced strawberries and chocolate sauce.
- Cheese and Sweet “Vigilante”: Cuartirolo cheese & sweet potatoes or sweet quince.
- Warm Pancake with Caramel spread (Dulce de leche).
- Sweet Quince or Sweet Potato Deep. Fried pastries.
